Leisure Cuisine Master 100, RCM10CRK Wiring Diagram

Good evening all,

Could someone provide me with a wiring diagram for the above range oven? (5023790018579)

A couple of connectors have come off their terminals whilst raising the hob unit for inspecting hob problems.

The wires relate to the warming plate to switch, and the left hand upper hob.

However, I’m still struggling with a couple of obscure problems.

The fan oven fan doesn’t work, nor heat, which I suspected was due to a “dead” timer.

I renewed the timer, which remained “dead” and re-checked the wiring to and from it… all ok.

Am I overlooking something?

Plus, both upper and lower left hand hob plates are not working, and both appear fine, and give good insulation readings.

I’m unfamiliar with range ovens, but have checked the switches and wiring to the non working hob plates.

Any help much appreciated!

Check the thermal fuse at the back, there is one per side from memory, it may well look like a resistor crimped into the wiring, if so then they have since been uprated as they were prone to blowing for no good reason.

Will try and locate thermal fuse.

The only one I noticed last week was a TOC which is fine.

I can only locate two toc’s which are both fine, so struggling to locate fault with this one.
