Leisure Cuisine Master 102 help

We have a cuisine master 102 range with model no RCMT102FRKP. Three weeks ago we unfortunately had a kitchen fire which resulted in glass lid shattering. We now cant use gas hob due to safety mechanism and we cant get a part anywhere. Leisure / Beko were useless and we cant afford new cooker. Rest of functions work. Not insured for new cooker. Can anybody advise about any other cooker lids that would fit or whether we could have this safety thing taken off. So close to Christmas and its worrying me

you could ask the site shop if they can supply and how long

there is 1 or 2 sites that may have stock but you would have to check

I cant see any reason why if it has no lid fitted the gas cutoff valve could not be over ridden but I am not gas trained and they may not do it on the grounds that someone may replace the lid in the future without re enabelling the valve

It’s obsolete for that cooker Dave, I checked it earlier. No alternates. 🙁

Anyone showing stock, unless you’re really, really lucky and they happen to have one it’s probably an old listing that’s not been updated.

Ive googled and rung so many companies that my eyes are boggling. Both Beko and Leisure both say that its discontinued and no parts available. Must of rung at least 15 companies. Im hoping gas valve can be overridden at least it gives us time to save!!
