Leisure Cuisine Master RCM10 Regulator

I have a Leisure Cuisine Master RCM10CRS cooker with a faulty regulator switch on the central dual hob. I have seen posts on here asking how to change the regulators so I assume that they can be obtained from the online store.
If this is true then how do I order one as I have sent an email via the spares request system 3 days ago & no reply.
The part I need is an EGO 50.55021.100 which has 2 concentric ellipses on the nameplate unlike the grill switch where the outer ring is not complete also that seems to be a 50.55023.010 . They seem easy enough to change once the top is moved away & the plate under the control plate above the grill is removed. I assume no setup is required?

It seems that the online store do not stock the part so does anyone have any ideas where I can get one from?
