hi this is our second cooker of this make and model the first one got a fault with the top oven keep going out on its own and again this is doing it with the replacement one as well didnt know if anyone else has had the same issue as we are calling the warranty center in the morning to see what happens know a the yreplaced the first one as they didnt know the fault and ive now lost convenience with the beko/leisure make
If you have lost “convenience” with Leisure because your oven doesn’t work properly report it as faulty and have one of their engineers check it for you under warranty.
I’m no expert but my old stoves cooker did this and it was brand new. The replacement they sent was exactly the same. The top oven would go out on its own. First you knew was the smell of gas.
The answer was the door seal. It had to be cut and trimmed. It made the top oven airtight and the flame used to go out. Once the engineer cut it a bit it worked perfectly.
