Leisure GRB6CVC Control Panel Removal

Hi guys,
anyone know if the control panel removal is as simple as undoing the 4 screws on the underside of the panel (visible when the top oven is opened) and hinging it up and away…or does the electric hob also have to be removed to expose more screws on this model ?

Need to replace the towel rail which appears to be screwed in from the back of the panel….

if the hob has to be removed, is it a simple matter or does it become tricky? (is it sealed in place for example)…

Think top comes off really easily, few screws at back, will give access to fascia.
