Leisure HAP5001 oven selector switch wiring

Hoping somebody will be able to help with some information. Have been to this cooker this morning to find that someone has replaced the oven selector switch and seemingly reconnected the wires randomly, so nothing now works (The light comes on when you switch it to OFF!) If anyone could help me with a wiring diagram it would be much appreciated. Even another model with a 7-position selector switch might be useful to give me some indication as to the way these switches operate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
