hi we have had a lett comp on who we do a lot of work for and they say they have a fault on this cooker on the gas side which we dont do but they say they have looked on the net and know it is a fault with the clock not letting the gas to the hobs?something about stuck on auto
is this correct and what is the fix supp a common fault.

I cant remember which two, but you press two buttons together to turn it back to manual
