hi. the fan oven control knob and one of the hob control knobs have ceased to work. the fan oven knob turns the spindle but does not seem to have any real effect whilst the spindle for the hob has come out completely and will not relocate. What part am I looking for to resolve this problem is access to the front of the hob easy if I wish to effect a repair.
