Leisure Rangemaster 110 Gas, both ovens failed

Customer tells me that their Rangemaster 110 LPG range has failed, both ovens only light on low flame, (they failed at different times). I’m thinking its a solenoid problem, customer says they had repairs done a year ago & it cost £250 for a FFD part. Thinking if both have gone its likely to be BER.

Any help appreciated

you could check to see if the flame sensors have moved or gas burner blocked under sensor

apart from that sounds like a ffd fault

might be ber any way as went looking for some ffds for one of these LPGs last week and parts for rm models when they were owned by leisure are now starting to become obsolete on connect.

if this is the case best bet is to speak to r/m direct for an alternative part no
