leisure rm10crs range

right hand convection oven dead found thermal fuse gone this part listed as obsolete with the alternative as beko stat kit 4410101001 replaced and customer said all working perfectly. now a week later its not working again. its a few miles away and I’m going back tomorrow so am I missing something or should I check something else?

Cooling fan?
Check location that you put thermal cut-out, maybe its too close to oven wall, perhaps locate next one not so close, the wee bracket that comes with it allows movement.
