    Hello
Hope somebody can help. During normal operation the other day on my Leisure Roma 100 range cooker, the conventional oven died whilst it was fully heated The thermostat illumination light is now permanently off and the oven will not heat. The fan oven and other hobs are all working. The clock is set properly.
    Model No is RM100BK
Can anyone advise on what could be the cause? I’ve had a look behind with the back panel off (and power disconnected). The elements to the oven are fine (checked with a multi-meter).

I guess there most be some thermal fuses located somewhere for this or could it be the switch for the oven? If anyone can advise on the fuse location it would be much appreciated or any other ideas?

    Thanks a lot
    Nigel

Yes, it sounds like a switch problem. I’m not familiar with that model but I would be taking a look at the switch that sets it to fan oven, conventional etc. Often the contacts are visible so you can look for any that are burnt or welded together. Power off before any dismantling.

Thanks Phidom. Will certainly give that a try and let you know if that’s the cause

Sounds more like the very common to these models thermal fuse problem.
