LG 1256QD Machine moves on spin

I sold this machine to a customer about 30 to 36 months ago soon after I had fitted it they complained that it moves on spin. It is on a tiled floor so I put some carpet under each of the feet, did not hear anything until last week when they tell me that it has been like it since I fitted it, did ask why they had not got In touch with LG under the two year grantee no answer.
I have now fitted 3 new suspension legs because there was not if any movement on the drum when you tried to push it down from the top.
With the new legs there is now some movement, when I tested it with some washing it did not move but did not sound as other LG’s do,(I have an old we use & it did not sound like that) I do not think this has cured it, and await a recall.

It does do a very good distribute before going into the spin.

Are the Anti-vibration Washing Machine Mats any good?

Has anyone had this problem if so what did you do to fix it?
