    Don’t do these machines but an old customer asked me to take a quick look before she calls LG.
    She came down this morning and it was defrosted, both sides….
    She says it’s getting power but is doing nothing.
    Is there anything obvious I should look at before I get her to call out the experts?

    freezer fan motors are common problem….. will only run with door closed though.. be carefull fan and lights use same connector. one is 12v one is 240v. will go boom if you mix them up…
