Went to look at this today, not cold in either the freezer or fridge but showing -15 and 4 on the display panel.
Evap was not iced, checked defrost componenets all ok and got readings off all the sensors fridge and freezer. Ive not seen one of these before so any pointers would be useful
When i turned it back on it did restart the compressor and it was getting cold…
