LG american GR-G217BTJA no water

Have a customer with this fridge. Not getting water to dispenser but water is getting to tube connection at bottom of freezer door. I’m assuming fault is in door but have no idea how to access this. Any help appreciated.

The water has frozen in the door due to faulty insulation in the door or fridge set too cold. Open the door and warm up the door with a hair dryer keeping the hair drier moving not just in one place and this should clear it in 10 to 15 miniutes.

All well and good for a few days but I think it will need a new door in the long run. Please correct me as I have one with same problem and customer doesn`t think heating the door with a haridrier was why she spent “all that money”

IF THE PROBLEM RETURNS IT WILL NEED A NEW DOOR DUE TO FAULTY INSULATION IN THE DOOR.
