LG American Style Fridge Freezer Tripping RCD HELP!

Quite a pain in the A**

I returned from Holiday to find the electric off & the RCD in my Consumer Unit tripped. By process of elimination discovered it was my 5 year old LG GR-L206CPQA American style FF. It trips the RCD every time it is turned back on within seconds. Please can someone point me toward a local engineer who can look at this for me as the unit is still looks in great condition. I am in the Manchester area. By research it seems probable motor failure.
Any help appreciated.
