Lg condenser dryer rc9011c runs for 1minute – then clean filter light comes on

LG CONDENSER DRYER RC9011C RUNS FOR 1MINUTE – THEN CLEAN FILTER LIGHT COMES ON

i didnt notice the clean filter led to start with — so I tried motor cap

heater is heating up ok

no other obvious issues

any advice appreciated
