LG Direct Drive 8Kg WM-12316fd spin/rinse problem

Above model wouldn’t empty lastnight, had to drain manually from the front bottom flap.

Replaced the drainage pump this morning and now it is emptying but the spin cycle doesn’t kick in?!
It was also very slow to empty.

Eror Code was OE before replacing pump and still is OE now.

I don’t believe there is a blockage because it had stopped emptying completely, now by only changing the pump it is emptying, allbeit slowly. Therefore any blockage would still mean it wouldn’t empty.

Need some ideas please? Thanks

Blockage in the air bottle caused by low temp washes.clean and replace.

make sure you haven’t kinked the drain hose when resiting the machine.
also it wouldn’t do any harm to double-check all hoses for a partial blockage.
personally i think you should regard yourself as lucky to have bought an l.g. i think theyre great and far superior to the usual tat i have to fix every day.
