    Sorry, missed this one 😕

    As far as I am aware, the same applies globally as far as LG dishwashers go, a new main PCB along with a couple of other modifications depending on serial number etc will be carried out FOC for you.

    Oddly, there is no mention of the updates and modifications on these models on the technical website 😈

    Hi Dave,

    I have received a new PCB from LG, however they will not come and install it for me free as the unit is out of warranty.

    Can you please detail what the other mods are, as I would like to do them also so as to not blow up my new PCB.

    I think it depends on the serial number mainly, I don’t have the info available I’m afraid, I only know from talking to other guys who have done the mods.

    One was the door switch from memory.

    recently replaced the board on a LD-14AW 2, the solenoid was tested and found to be ok, the machine fills up but that is as far as it goes. any ideas what to replace/check next?

    also the display shoes “1 E” code, water is not supplied ( water tap is not opened) however the water is actually fine

    this model has a history of the main wash motor seizing or getting jammed and this will cause a E1 error to be displayed.

    yeah thats a different error code, and the water is coming through just it thinks its not
