LG F/Freezer motor not running

Got a call from a customer to look at a F/Freezer LG GR-232SBFH, its not running & theres a clicking noise every minute or so. Its just 14 months old. Is it likely to need a PTC starter or capacitor or do compressors give problems on these?

that will be the compresser siezed
switch off for 10 mins then switch back on
if nothing then a click its the compresser
