    Hi all, am after some advice please.

    I have an LG f1443kd6 washing machine and the drum seems to be rubbing.

    I have taken the back off and inside is all new to me, there is a suspension leg at the back and 2 on either front side. the one at the back seems to be sitting very low and taking too much weight. Initially I thought that this was faulty so I have changed it and it is still sitting too low.

    I can’t see anyway of adjusting it.

    I am now completely stumped, anyone worked on one of these have any ideas at all?

    The back of the drum has dropped down and the drum is rubbing on the top of the outer drum (at the front)
