I was at this machine today, the lady said that she had been washing sheets and it stopped at 12 minutes with an out of balance error. She stopped it, mixed the washing around, stuck it back on and it sat on 12 minutes for half an hour before finishing.
She tried it the next day and whatever program you try it beeps twice and does nothing. She phoned LG and they told her to turn it off at the plug for an hour, but that hasn’t helped.
Has anyone sorted this problem before?
As always any help is greatly appreciated.
