Good afternoon all,

I’m wondering if anyone can assist with the above fault? (which appears to be a drum imbalance issue)

My customer reported the above U5 error code, when the machine approaches the fast spin cycle…they have tried the machine with different wash loads, and without any laundry.

I’ve confirmed the above. On an empty spin/drain cycle, the machine drains, and the drum rotates slowly, until the fast spin approaches, when the error code appears.

I’m not sure if the sensor, or wiring, which monitors the drum balance is faulty, or if I should be looking at the motor or main/motor boards…or a system reset?
