LG F4V710STSE Drum Gap

Hi all,
Ive recently purchased a new LG washer. Impressed with the cleaning, not impressed with the noise.

It makes a terrible thudding noise when spinning, and when you rock the drum back and forth by hand, you can hear a click.

I’ve tried to attach a photo- for any other LG owners, is it usual to be able to stick your finger between the metal drum and plastic housing up to your knuckle?

gap is ok as long as the rubber stops things going down

as for thudding are you sure you removed all the transit brackets ?

as for transit bolts had one the other day making a noise and the has removed the bolts but not the plastic parts that went with them that secure the drum. not sure ig lg have them but most machines when you remove bolts you are supplied with a plug to close off the hole where they come out
