    I have a LG direct drive 7.5kg with error code LE. there does not seem to be anything stuck. the drum turns initially to ascertain weight etc but then it seems to want to turn but the drum tries to move but doesn’t. The possible causes mentioned on your troubleshooting don’t seem to apply although I have not tried the resistance tests as the drum does turn initially. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    LE is a Motor Locked Error.

    Check the connections to the motor, the motor connector on the main control board then the hall sensor.
