I’ve been out to an LG heat pump tumble dryer. customer saying the clothes still damp when the program is finished. There are no error codes . i have cleaned the 2 sensors in the drum and still the same. I had previously fitted 2 drum wheel supports and they said it had worked a couple of weeks. I can’t seem to find any way of running a diagnostic test on it apart from a QC test mode which looks like has to be installed onto a mobile phone. The compressor and the pump are running fine as far as i can see. Anyone have any ideas to get into test mode or do i have to use an app?

    Thanks mark

had a Samsung doing something similar

all looked clean but i found caked lint inside the vanes of the evaporator.stopping air flow
used stiff wire to pull it out in small lumps

The problem with this dryer it is a self cleaning dryer. . there is no filter or condenser to clean. looks like its all built into the base of the dryer.
