LG fh4a8fdh2n washer dryer clothes getting wetter on cool down

Hi
After the drying cycle the fill valve gives short bursts of water to the hose half way down the drum and this builds up and causes clothes to get wet again. the restrictor is still in the valve and I have checked for earth leakage faults and all seems Ok. This happens on the CD cool down but no water gets pumped out like it does on the drying cycle.
Anyone seen this before?
