    Hi all,

    I have a reoccurring fault on my LG American fridge/freezer. The error code equates to a faulty freezer fan motor so I am looking to replace this part. I took the freezer compartment apart and the current motor has part number 4681JB1017D but it looks like this part is no longer available. Various sites indicate there is an equivalent part that I can use but does anyone know for sure which part I can use?

    The UK WHITE GOODS shop has a motor with part number 4681JB1029A and this is at a fairly good price but I don’t know for sure if this part will replace my faulty fan OK ?

    Anyone got any ideas??
