Have had the same problem for a couple of months now. The freezer is fine but the fridge is no longer cold. we have switched it off and cleared some ice from the back of the freezer and it then works fine for only for a few weeks and then it happens again. We have to switch it off again for at least 24 hours and then it is fine. assume there is some fault that will need an engineer.
