LG Fridge Freezer GBB539PZCWS not cooling

Hi,

We have an LG Fridge Freezer model number: GBB539PZCWS approx 7 years old and it has stoped cooling. First we noticed the freezer and then the fridge and now neither are cool at all. Power is coming to the machine, the lights come on, the display works and we can feel the fan blowing.

We’ve unplugged it, remove the inside back panel and checked the condenser drain for blockages, removed the back plate cleaned the vents and cleaned the coils (they were relatively clean anyway).

We we’re advised to consider checking the relay and or capacitor but it appears this model is very different to that in the tutorials and just has a case covering and wires directly attached to the compressor.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this please?
