LG fridge freezer GWL227YBQA dispenser faulty

This appliance doesn’t have any error code but has a problem with the ice maker part. It allows the water to enter the ice tray and it freezes fine and even gets the ice into the bucket BUT when you call for either crushed or normal ice cubes then nothing happens except the relays on the pcb on top of the machine just click!!

Am I to assume the obvious, that the large square pcb is at fault or am I missing something?

Is it possible that as there isn’t an error code being displayed that the pcb IS actually the fault anyway?
