    Hi, can anyone help me with a LG GR-L206CVQA American style fridge/freezer, the freezer temperature lights scroll from 1 to 5 stopping occationally. I think the control pcb needs changing but dont know how to get in, does anyone know how to do this before I do damage trying to open the front panel.

    The display panel just clips on and you just have to carefully lever it off with a flat screwdriver.

    At the bottom is two slots for a flat screwdriver to fit to lever it off carefully from the bottom.

    To refit you just have to push it back on or use the palm of your hand to hit it near the edges to clip it back on.

    Make sure the power is off before removing the display.

    Thanks for info Bob, I thought that was how it is done but didnt want to cause damage.
