LG fridge freezer warm in fridge

Hi. Model no. is GR-5592QVC
I’vew never seen this model before but I can tell that it hasn’t defrosted. All fans are running. All ducts are clear and evaporatore in freezer is frosted up, hence no air flow. I tested the cutout on the left hand pipework and found no continuity in what seemed to be a thermal fuse in a clear plastic sleeve. I had resistence in the other circuit in what seemed to be a sensor. I also had resistence in the defrost heater. Am i right in thinking that the thermal fuse needs changing please? I’m hoping that this isn’t a control board problem. cheers Robwash

Generally the thermal fuse is in a clear plastic sleeve just like the samsung ones. 😀
