Hi, I wondered if anyone could help. We have been having a problem with ice building up on the bottom surface of the freezer directly under the drawer. It is solid ice that eventually builds up so much the drawer becomes impossible to open.
We have had engineers out twice to fix the problem and they said that it could be a bit of ice blocking the darinage hole – or something like that. To fix they basically turned the fridge of and poured warm water down some kind of chute somewhere.
The problem we have is – where is this chute situated? I don’t want to start pouring water on an electrical item really anyway!!!!!
What else could be causing this problem? Door seals seem ok, and the fridge is never overloaded with food!
Thanks in advance for your help 😀
