Hi, can someone advise me what the pump for the drinks dispenser should measure? ive got 19ohms? The microswitch ok but pump dead!

A resistance of 19 ohms at 240v means its consuming about 12 amps. unless its one huge pump i reckon its burning out. Maybe damaged pcb also?
