    Hi guys,

Two problems with this No:1 no water dispense ….but plenty of ice, I understand that it may need a new door?

No:2 the fridge is getting far too cold i.e. freezing vegies.

    Any ideas PLEASE?

No water dispensing is the same reason the veggies are frozen, the bottle cooler in the fridge is probably iced up.

There is a small slide vent at the base of the fridge to allow more or less air from the freezer, close off the vent, you need to check that the vent does close up the polystrene insert can jam it.

According to LG tech, you can completely block off the vent it doesnt have any effect on the unit.
