Hi Guys
been out to this american style F/F. Food in freezer started defrosting. Customer turned up temp control to full and food has frozen again but still not cool enough in fridge. Excessive ice in freezer around interior light and rear of freezer compartment. Anyone got any ideas as I have not done a lot of work with these.

I think you will find that the fridge gets cold from cold air blown in from the freezer.So find out where the air is blown in from it will be blocked with ice.Air normaly goes in the top and returns at the bottom.I think the fans run via the door/light switch. Check that the fan/s are running.
