    Hi Guys have a side by side that makes all sorts of ice and fills with water to make more ice but wont dispence water from the front, a relay is heard clicking when you ask for water but no delivery.Is there a freezing problem?

    check pipe behind front kickplate at bottom, disconnect it and ensure water is coming thru. There are two of them. If this is ok will need a new freezer door, pipe freezes up inside probably due to not enough insulation between pipe and cabinet. done a few now

    of course a defrost cures it immediately, the doors are not cheap
