Hi, I’ve also been given an LG Intellowasher model WM1480 FHD.
I’ve been told the bearings are going. Can anyone tell me if I can still get this part please, and if, in general terms this is straightforward or a bugger of a job :clown:

no its not easy, especially since its a direct drive
probably worth it, as long as the drum shaft aint worn
id get someone in to do it, not the easiest of tasks

That’s much appreciated..I was going to get someone to do it..my husband 😀 but he doesn’t fancy a bugger of a job, so I’ll attempt to take it apart.
If I can do that, then he will put it together again, rather than have it lying around on the garage floor.
He’s got a bearing puller/pusher etc.
