LG Intellowasher Fault

I have got an LG washing machine with magnetic bearings. For a few weeks when it spins it makes a loud knocking noise. Today the fault has got worse and although the motor appears to be going the drum isn’t going round. Then it bleeps and a fault code LE appears on the display.
Can anyone advise what is causing it please ???

Not magnetic bearings, I assume you mean a Direct Drive machine.

Certainly sounds like a bearing failure and LG supply a full back panel, which isn’t exactly cheap from memory. If the bearings have collapsed totally due to using it in that condition, causing the drum to not move, then there’s a huge chance you’ve caused much more damage I’m afraid. 🙁
