    Hi
    I have an LG Intellowasher wd-1050fhb and no handbook (eek!)

    Just recently it has been showing ‘de’ on the display after I have pressed start. Occasionally it will work, but generally beeps several times and then just flashes ‘de’.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi PD

    Is the door locking ok? try opening and shutting the door and starting the appliance again and let us know if thats any better.

    I you have to “slam” the door to get it to start i would recommend changing the interlock.

    Pull the plug before attempting any repair :zap:

    Greetings from Melbourne Australia. We also bought an LG “Intellowasher” 1000rpm front load washer about 12 months ago. It is also displaying the dE (door error) code often when turned on. Usually slamming the door works. Doesn’t sound like too much “intello”gence went in to the design if you ask me.
