hi guys,

got problem with above fridge/freezer fault not making ice works on water not ice checked out solenoid valve which seems to be ok but it not sending water up the pipe on the back off the unit, tried swapping pipe work over and both valve works put still not sending water through any idea what i should be looking for.

should be a small button just under the ice maker drive box. Press and hold for a second and it should do a self test. ie. rotate tray to dump ice cubes then rotate back and fill with water.

Hi there .I had this problem on friday 2 hour head scratch.Check the electrical conection which goes from the valve to the bottom of the cabinet .purple/blue wire.where the white connector plugs in.I had bent pins in the white terminal block which goes into the appliance bent them back and bingo.Also check the inlet pipe is nit frozen up.
