    Hi

    I have an LG Microwave put in a ready meal last night forgot to pierce the plastic covering this then went bang and after that the microwave would not heat up although it still works i.e. lights and turntable etc Just no HEAT. Could this have blown internal fuses. I would like to repair as this microwave oven fits nicely in my kitchen.
    The oven is 800watts has a fuse in a plastic cover which is a 700mA L5KV also an unknown fuse anybody know the rating? the other fuse is white with a green line.

    Hi

    If you have opened up this microwave be very careful , the capacitor in the microwave can hold a very high voltage, even when swtched off.

    Microwaves ovens can kill if you touch the wrong part.
