    Hi.
Recently purchased this refrigerator and I am having trouble with water running down below the vegetable rack as a result of the water sitting on top of the drain hole and not running away. This is not as a result of ice blockage, but just sits on top of the drain hole like a bubble.

    Any thoughts please?
    Thanks
    Phil

    Hi

Get a long straw and put it down the hole and it should clear,if it doesnt try blowing down the straw at the same time .

Its caused by dust particle and bacteria blocking the drain

could be an insulation fault.quite common on this model.if under guarantee get an engineer out to confirm this.
