    Got a LG side by side American style fridge freezer that is not making ice from the dispenser. Model number GWL227YSQA. Can anyone tell us how to enter the diagnostic mode and any error code details that are applicable to this model?

    Hi

    Have a look on the wiring diagram which is on the back of the unit or in the inside of the PCB cover.
