Customer says that her WM1431FD stays on 6 min or 11 min remaining forever sometimes. I have asked her about uneven loads, and she says that it happens on normal loads. These machines usualy come up with UE code if they can’t sort the load. This has no error codes and i have checked drain time etc. I have carried out diagnostic test and havent found anything.
How many times would this machine try to sort the load before it errors out !! It certainly sounds like out of balance from what she has discribed. And of course it never happened for me when i tested without load.
Any other ideas would be great.Re: LG sticks before spin !
I have had some that dont throw up a code UE and try to redistribute for ages, crap fuzzy logic control
