LG top loader WTR1071TP LE code

This code is showing as soon as the machine starts a programme. She has told me the LE code in her book says uneven motor??
LE in UKW fault code guide is door lock 😕

I’ve only ever changed the pump on this machine (D/D top loader) so and pointers or tech info would be appreciated.

hi Tony,
DE is a door lock problem,
LE is a motor locked problem, it will be loose motor connections, faulty motor or hall sensor and possible PCB fault, hall sensor is a good one to start with.

Is there a test for the hall sensor or is it plug and hope (no offence Bob :oops:)

there is a self test but it never shows up an LE error, its best just to change the sensor and when you sre there check the motor connetions as they are at the same place.
