LG Tromm 12270BD washing machine

Hi my LG tromm wm 12270BD washing machine will fill but drum wont turn ,You can turn it freely with hand,took back panel off I cound see it has a stator motor,on inspection there does not seem to be any visual damage copper coils seem ok magnets seem ok ,when powered you can hear that it is trying to turn. Is there a capacitor or anything else that gives it a kick to start turning? Help needed please…. :rolls:

Possibly the stator (white triangular shape by the windings) that the cables connect into – assuming the windings are ok
Any movement if you just put it on a spin cycle?
If you are not sure how to just put it on spin – turn it off then on the just press the spin button and start ( I only mention because most customers I see are shocked that it just has a “spin” cycle lol)

Hi i have tried resetting as on LG website,you can hear it power up tries to turn moves slightly when you put it on a cycle EG 30 mins quick it fills trys to turn after 2 mins beeps and LE flashes on display anyone any ideas many thanks 🙁

HI all problem was the hall sensor that fixes to the stator purchased from ukwhitegoods spares.thanks
