Sorry, this didn’t come out very well. Fault was “no heat” I reset tripped stat on heater. Worked fine. Been back today. Fault is now, when prog selected and start switch pressed, after about 15secs, pump starts, but drum not turning. After a further 15 secs “Clean filter” and “dry” lights flash and starts beeping. Changed capacitor. No change. On first call and today checked filter and condenser. All OK
Any helpor advice would be very gratefully received.

I have had this fault before.

Check the motor windings. There is a TOC in them that goes open CCT and causes these symptoms.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Is this TOC resetable or does it mean a new motor. If so have you any idea of cost? Thanks again. Ray.t
