LG W/M stops at 17 minutes

Hi guys , direct drive LG, diagnostic all ok, 30 min wash ok, but when cotton 30 or 40 selected it stops at 17 mins. of course when I tried it it worked ok grrrrr customer says no UE fault so scratching my head , any issuses from LG?

Have you had a look at the water input valve connectors?

I have had this a few times.It happens when the load is somewhere between an out of balanced load(UE)and a good load.The machine will just keep trying to ramp up to it’s distribution speed,but can never quite get there,so then it goes back to agitating from side to side,and so on.
Some times it may get stuck all the way down to 9 minutes and do the same.

Excess soap powder or blockage in your pump filter.

If you leave this for 45 mins or more it will revert to a UE fault…unbalanced error!
